We’re excited to bring you our latest product release, Practifi Cinsault.

Originally from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France, Cinsault grapes are highly tolerant and well suited to warm climates. They produce stunning and abundant yields, however, Cinsault grapes are rarely the star of their own show. With gentle tannins, mild acidity and strong fruit flavors, they add freshness and fragrance to multiple well-known blends such as grenache, mourvèdre and carignan. When enjoyed on its own, juicy hints of red berry fruits like strawberry, cherry and redcurrant swirl together on the palate, creating a refreshing wine to enjoy under the Provencal sun.

Similarly, Practifi Cinault introduces new capabilities that will elevate and enhance your Practifi experience. With a range of new features and integrations, Cinsault is sure to create an experience everyone can enjoy.

Sync Practifi and Outlook calendars with Microsoft 365 Sync

Reduce the need to switch between platforms by keeping Outlook and Practifi calendars in sync. The API-based integration enables a two-way sync between platforms; so whether your team lives in Outlook or Practifi, you can be sure they have access to their full, up-to-date schedule. Note: This integration is priced separately.

Improve firm efficiency with a suite of workflow enhancements

Improve team productivity with a suite of new workflow and automation capabilities. Enhancements to Active Forms enable teams to use additional Action Types off the back of tasks, display specific field criteria, use prefill logic and enable read-only form fields. The introduction of checklists, task bundles and the ability to kick off multiple processes at once are all new ways teams can improve productivity and overall firm efficiency.

Streamline new account opening and maintenance processes via Quik!

Streamline common Schwab, Fidelity and Pershing processes with Practifi and Quik! Leveraging new Active Form enhancements, advisory teams can open new accounts, move money, transfer funds and update beneficiaries through a seamless digital workflow; no paper or double data entry involved!

Track campaign ROI with Practifi Promote

Gain a better understanding of campaign ROI with revenue attribution for deals. Specify how much each campaign influences new services or products and track attributed revenue per campaign with pre-built reports. Note: Practifi Promote is a platform add-on and is priced separately.

Stay on top of RMDs with automated reminders

Ensure your clients are meeting their regulatory obligations with automated RMD reminders. Once a client turns 72, the RMD management process kicks off with customizable reminders to team members. Pre-built RMD reports help compliance teams monitor outstanding RMDs and identify assets with a missing RMD target.

Security check for key entity access

Keep your client, prospect and centers of influence data extra safe with security checks. When a user tries to access a record in Practifi, a self-authentication pop up is required to view the record. As an additional security measure, the attempt is logged in Practifi so compliance teams can monitor record access history and any failed access attempts in the last 30 days.
