What does a subscription include?

Do you offer free trials?

No. We want to ensure you have a personalized and successful product experience, and unfortunately, free trials just can’t provide this for CRMs. Similar to building a house, it’s a better experience with expert guidance and support.

If you’d like to learn more about Practifi and see it in action, our Sales team would be more than happy to assist. They’ll get to know your business, deliver a tailored demo and answer any questions you have along the way.

As a Practifi client, you’ll have a variety of support options to suit your needs. From implementation to go-live and ongoing training, our team of Practifi experts will help you achieve your technology vision. 

Our implementations are designed to ensure firms are set up for success. After go-live, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Client Success Manager who will be your main point of contact going forward. You’ll also have access to PractifiU, our e-learning portal, and the knowledgebase for ongoing training and support.

No. Your Practifi subscription contains everything you need in order to use Practifi in the wild. Access to the Salesforce platform is included, but you’ll work directly with us for all things Practifi.

If you want to customize your Practifi instance after implementation and go-live, our internal Professional Services team will be happy to help. 

We offer multiple technical resourcing options to meet client needs. If you’re interested, please speak to your CSM.

If you need to add additional users to your subscription, those users are added to your existing contract term and billed only for the remaining contract period. 

If you wish to reduce the number of users on your subscription, you can do this at your contract renewal time.

Your Practifi subscription is an annual commitment. You can opt to be billed on either an annual or quarterly basis.
