Practifi Dolcetto Release Notes

BY ALLISON LASLEY

We’re excited to bring you our latest product release, Practifi Dolcetto.

An Italian Piedmont native, Dolcetto is known as the “sweet, little one”. While the name implies a delicate sweetness, Dolcetto wines actually have a dry, bitter finish with impressions of blackberry and licorice. With beautiful dark purple swirls and powerful flavors, Dolcetto wines offer a rich, medium-full body that pairs perfectly with darker meats and vegetables like roasted tomatoes, eggplant and garlic.

Similarly, Practifi Dolcetto is quite the paradox. With new features and capabilities that pack a punch, there are also some sweet delights for everyone to enjoy.

You can view the detailed product release notes here.

Key Highlights

Improve compliance oversight with the Compliance app

Built specifically for compliance teams, this new app makes monitoring tasks, upcoming deliverables and data exceptions so much easier. By receiving alerts when information is missing and being notified of overdue tasks that need attention, compliance officers can confidently support their advisory teams while staying on top of regulations.

Use a date to kick-off processes with time-based commencement

With so many things to attend to in a given day, it can be hard to remember when certain processes should start. With time-based commencement, processes can now be automatically kicked-off when they’re approaching a certain date, such as a client’s birthday, annual review or retirement.

Unlock new ways to manage contacts and individuals

As your firm becomes more complex, it’s key to have technology that caters to your unique circumstances. With this in mind, we’ve introduced People Types to unlock more ways contacts and individuals can be managed in your firm. Now you can treat individuals within households as a prospect in their own right, along with other possibilities.

Improve revenue projections with fee structures for Deals and Services

When it comes to growing your firm, tracking revenue accurately for the services you provide is crucial. With our new fee structure for Services you can set pricing tiers and fee percentages for each. Then, when new Deals are created related to that Service, fee amounts are automatically calculated based on the value of money involved.

Other Product Enhancements

Enjoy an improved Process set up experience

Enjoy a less cluttered view when setting up Process Types, a hover preview pane to conveniently see Process Task details, and a better look and feel when you’re in related records.

Select your client’s Preferred Phone

If a contact or individual has multiple phone numbers, you can now select which number is their preferred phone making it easier for you to get in touch.

Track Date of Death when a client passes

To ensure sensitivity when communicating with other household members and to keep data accurate, you can now add Date of Death to contact and individual records. This date can also be used in conjunction with our new time-based commencement feature to automatically start post-life processes like sending condolences to family members, administering Wills or reaching out to any beneficiaries.
