Before a meeting, Smart Notes are right there on the advisor’s phone. Relationship context, key discussion points from previous meetings, recent activity, and portfolio highlights are all available without logging into a desktop or piecing together information from multiple screens. In this first version, all outputs (e.g. transcripts, meeting summaries, follow-up suggestions, and Smart Notes) are read-only on mobile. This is intentional. Mobile is for capture and review. Action happens on desktop, where advisors have the full context to make decisions and execute through Follow-Up Assistant workflows. The mobile app gives them the right information at the right moment, without trying to replace their desktop workflow. 

No new infrastructure with the same intelligence, now everywhere 

For firms already using Practifi’s Meeting Intelligence for virtual meetings, extending it to in-person conversations requires no additional configuration.
