Talent Acquisition Consultant

Experience: 3 to 5 Years | Location: Chicago, IL

As the Practifi team grows rapidly, we are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Consultant for our Chicago Office.

Partnering with leaders across Practifi, you will build and coach on talent acquisition strategies, navigating and resolving talent pipeline issues. This individual will be a thought leader on required skill sets and strategies to acquire specific talent as Practifi needs change. This is a highly strategic role where your innate ability to develop authentic human connections will lend itself to ensure we continue to provide outstanding experiences for both our candidates, and attracting amazing candidates and developing a diverse and robust network and pipeline.

  • Deliver quality candidates in a timely manner, in line with specified position descriptions and hiring plan

  • Provide full life-cycle recruiting, with a particular eye for sales, client success, operations roles

  • Lead and develop project initiatives to streamline our interview process.

  • Construct and post creative job adverts across all job boards and sourcing channels

  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract the best talent and create brand awareness for Practifi as a ‘best place to work’

  • Partner with our Executive team and managers to develop a strong candidate experience and truly define role responsibilities and descriptions

  • Advise and train hiring managers and interview panel members on interviewing techniques
  • You support Practifi’s recruiting events (job fairs, meetups, conferences) and acted as a brand ambassador

  • Maintain, report and ensure performance to target on monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment metrics including: Source effectiveness, cost per hire, time to fill, new hire stick rate, acceptance rate, quality of hire, partner/candidate satisfaction rate

  • Network referrals are our greatest strength – you will use breadth of reach with your key networks and keep in touch with the moving market through all available channels!

  • 3-5 years experience full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a startup environment (Very HUGE plus working in a SaaS start up)

  • Demonstrate the ability to hire, retain and motivate a recruiting team

  • Demonstrated creative and innovative solutions to meeting short and long term hiring growth plans. Lead with data to tell a story and a way forward

  • Ability to create and foster a performance and metrics focused recruiting culture. Experience in workforce planning, forecasting and ensuring appropriate resource plans for the recruiting function

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Strong communication skills, prioritization, organizational, networking, and negotiation skills

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Practifi’s Chicago office. It is offered under a common-law employment agreement with the accompanying employee protections.
