Product Manager, Integrations

Location: Sydney, NSW

We’re looking for a Product Manager, Integrations to join our very talented Product team in Sydney, Australia. We’re investing heavily in our roadmap of strategic integrations and the Product Manager, Integrations will own that roadmap end to end. 

This is a commercially-oriented role, where your success is measured in delighted clients and tangible ROI. It’s perfectly suited to someone with a passion for SaaS integration in the wealth management industry, with all the autonomy you need to deliver on your vision.

  • Define, prioritise and publicise the roadmap of Practifi’s strategic integration projects, spanning wealth industry tools (financial advice, portfolio management, risk assessment, financial modelling, research), business productivity (email, calendaring, document management, messaging), cloud integration services (Zapier, automate.io, Skyvia) and much more.

  • Build a strong bond with Practifi’s marketing and sales teams in Chicago and Sydney to ensure that integrations meet the market’s needs and fit into our go-to-market strategy.

  • Work closely with Practifi’s client success teams in Chicago and Sydney to ensure that integrations delight our clients, create big efficiencies and help grow their businesses.

  • Work with our integration partners to jointly create integrations and take them to market, spanning marketing, release management and client support.

  • Grow the Practifi development community with the documentation they need to understand and develop with the Practifi API.

  • Manage a development team to design, develop, test and document integrations. The integrations squad is your team to manage, so you’ll have the autonomy you need to deliver great product.

  • Work with architects and senior developers to expand the vision for Practifi’s API and strategic integrations. Establish design patterns that ship high quality integrations to market quickly.

  • Measure and promote your team’s success through clear metrics, such as net promoter score, feature usage statistics and increased sales.

  • A background designing and delivering integrations and strategic APIs in SaaS.

  • Degree-level qualifications in information technology or a related field.

  • Technical experience in the Salesforce platform and its APIs. Maybe you’re even Salesforce certified in development or architecture.

  • A background in financial services, ideally in financial advice, superannuation or market data.

  • Experience in managing development teams to deliver product releases.

  • Experience in presenting at user group meetings, product launches and industry events.

  • An enthusiasm to travel several times a year to the United States to spend time with our Chicago team and attend industry events.

  • Experience in product development in an Agile/Scrum delivery approach.

  • A ton of passion for the work you do and for delivering killer apps that excite customers.
