The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will play an integral role in acquiring, developing, and delighting prospective clients across all current geographies. You’ll have exposure to all marketing channels, funnel/buying stages, and activities, though your primary focus will be around planning, project-managaging, and/or developing content through top-of-funnel channels like: PR & Earned Media, SEO, SEM, Paid/Organic Social Media, Blog/Website, Email/Marketing Automation, and Events.

The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of experience in optimizing an integrated marketing/sales funnel, with specialization in lead acquisition and development activities. As the business continues to grow, opportunities for progression include incremental leadership opportunities and geographies as the marketing team grows.

  • Manage website presence & content management (via WordPress CMS)
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a marketing & editorial calendar
  • Develop press releases and associated media distribution. Track performance & lead generation associated with media channels
  • Project manage and/or create engaging content including (but not limited to): blog posts, videos, digital ads, web copy, high-value content pieces, brochures, etc
  • Manage social media content (paid and organic) development, execution, and performance across all platforms
  • Manage paid media testing & optimization planning + execution
  • Configure Google Analytics to track metrics like site visitors and form submissions across all inbound marketing channels
  • Occasional webinar and event management
  • Additional responsibilities, as assigned
  • Experienced in lead conversion optimization and buyer-centric marketing practices that engage and delight prospects and clients
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Web CMS (WordPress), Marketing Automation (HubSpot), and Social Media advertising tools
  • Used to working with a global and distributed team/across multiple time-zones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced in vendor/agency management
  • Resourceful self-starter, but also a collaborative team member unafraid to ask for help
  • Familiarity with agile marketing preferred
  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Journalism, English, or Creative fields
  • Previous financial services experience is strongly preferred

This is a permanent full-time position. It is offered under a common-law employment contract with the accompanying employee protections.
