Simplify compliance by seamlessly logging interactions
Another way Practifi’s integration with Outlook helps advisors is by simplifying compliance duties. We designed (and continue to build) Practifi with compliance in mind, and we extended this mindset to the Outlook integration by making it easy to log any client interactions in Outlook directly in to the corresponding client record in Practifi.
For example, any time you receive an email from a client, prospect or partner contact, you can log this interaction directly within Outlook and it will immediately reflect back in Practifi. The same approach works for calendar meetings, so you can easily log events to corresponding records, and everything will be recorded in Practifi. Compliance just got a lot easier!
