What does a subscription include?
As a Practifi client, you’ll have 24/7 access to our online Success Portal, where you can submit tickets and search the knowledgebase for fast and simple access to the answers you need.
You’ll also have access to a Client Success Manager as your point of contact and expert on all things Practifi. They’ll work with you to understand your business and ensure you’re getting sustained and expanded value from Practifi.
No. Your subscription contains everything you need in order to use Practifi in the wild. Access to the Salesforce platform is embedded as part of your Practifi subscription.
If there are changes you want made within your Practifi instance that are beyond the scope of included support, we can assist you with scoping the work required and we can offer you custom development services on a time and materials basis.
Our team are experts in Practifi and provide technical services to the financial advice firms every day, so they are perfectly placed to help bring your custom vision to life.
If you need to add additional users to your subscription, those users are added to your existing contract term and we’ll bill you for them only for the remaining contract period.
If you wish to reduce the number of users on your subscription, you can do this at your contract renewal time.
Your Practifi subscription is an annual commitment. You can opt to be billed on either an annual or quarterly basis.
